Në datën 28 maj 2024, në Shkollën e Magjistraturës u organizua aktiviteti përshëndetës që shënoi nisjen e një projekti të ri Partneriteti mes Shkollës së Magjistraturës dhe Zyrës Gjyqësore të Anglisë dhe Uellsit.
Partneriteti për Edukimin Gjyqësor është pjesë e mbështetjes së Mbretërisë së Bashkuar për sistemin e drejtësisë në Shqipëri.
Ky projekt do t’iu ofrojë mundësi gjyqtarëve shqiptarë, qofshin ata të emëruar së fundmi ose që ndjekin trajnime, për t'u lidhur me gjyqtarë dhe akademikë ligjorë me përvojë nëpërmjet vizitave mes dy vendeve, mentorimit dhe shkëmbimit të praktikave më të mira në fushat me interesa prioritare të identifikuara nga Shkolla e Magjistraturës dhe institucione të tjera gjyqësore.
Partneriteti mes Shkollës së Magjistraturës dhe Zyrës Gjyqësore të Anglisë dhe Uellsit u përshëndet dhe përgëzua nga Drejtori i Shkollës, Z. Arben Rakipi, Ambasadori i Mbretërisë së Bashkuar në Shqipëri, Z. Alastair King Smith, përfaqësuesi i Zyrës Gjyqësoer, Lord Justice Dingemans dhe Kryetari i Gjykatës së Lartë, Z. Sokol Sadushi, të cilët shprehën besimin se ky bashkëpunim do të shenjoj një standard të ri sjellje për magjistratin shqiptar dhe do të sjellë ndryshim për drejtësinë në Shqipëri.
Aktiviteti përshëndetës u pasua nga një takim me Drejtorin e Shkollës, Z. Rakipi dhe pedagogët e Shkollës ku u shkëmbye informacion më i detajuar për aktivitetin akademik të Shkollës, programet e ndryshme trajnuese si dhe u diskutua për fokusin e shkëmbimeve gjatë vitit të ri akademik.
Në përmbyllje të aktivitetit, Lord Justice Dingemans dhe Judge Martin Picton zhvilluan një leksion të hapur me kandidatët për magjistratë të vitit të tretë ku u diskutua rëndësia e profesionit të magjistratit dhe rëndësia e një gjyqësori të pavarur në mbështetjen e shtetit të së drejtës.

On May 28, 2024, in the School of Magistrates was organized a welcome activity that notes the beginning of a new project of partnership between the School of Magistrates and the Judicial Office of England and Wales.
Partnership for judicial education is part of the support of the United Kingdom for the system of justice in Albania.
This project will provide opportunities for Albanian judges, either those nominated recently or who attend trainings, to be in touch with experienced judged and legal academics through visits between two countries, monitoring and exchange of the best practices in the fields of priority interests by the School of Magistrates and other judicial institutions.
Partnership between the School of Magistrates and the Judicial Office of England and Wales was welcomed and greeted by the Director of the School, Mr. Arben Rakipi, Ambassador of the United Kingdom in Albania, Mr. Alastair King Smith, representative of the Judicial Office, Lord Justice Dingemans and the Head of the High Court, Mr. Sokol Sadushi, Who expressed their belief that this cooperation will mark a new standard of behavior for the Albanian magistrate and will bring the change for justice in Albania.
The welcoming meeting was followed by a meeting with the Director of the School, Mr. Rakipi and lecturers of the School where was exchanged much more detailed information for the academic activity of the School, for different training programs as well as was discussed for the focus of exchanges during the new academic year.
At the end of the activity, Lord Justice Dingemans and Judge Martin Picton had an open lecture with candidates for magistrate of the third year where was discussed the importance of the profession of the magistrate and the importance of an independent judiciary in the support of the rule of law.
