ENIn the context of cooperation with the European Judicial Training Network, from 30 June, to 4 July, 2025, the School of Magistrates, as each year, participated in the international THEMIS competition, in the semi-final B European Family Law and that of EU. The competition is organized in the city of Naples, Italy.
In this activity, the team of the School of Magistrates was composed of Tea Take, Ornela Troplini, Aurora Ndreu, candidates for magistrate of the second year of studies, under the mentorship of the School lecturer, Prof. Dr. Arta Mandro.
“Dividing boundaries, jurisdictional challenges in cases of divorce of Albanian citizens living in EU”, was the topic with which was presented the School of Magistrates in the competition of this year.
The work carried out and presented by the team of the School of Magistrates was assessed maximally by the members of the jury and more concretely the received evaluations were for an excellent original work, innovations presented in the direction of the comparison and of the interaction between the Albanian law and that of the EU, as well as good knowledge of an excellent legal English.
