Agreements with International Partners

COOPERATION AGREEMENTS

Considering the well consolidated relations between the School of Magistrates and homologous institutions in the region, is done successfully the signing of the agreements of reciprocal partnership with important institutions of the legal education in the area as significant mechanisms in the development and in the improvement of the legal functioning of reciprocal institutions.

In the outline of these agreements institutions undertake to cooperate with each-other through the exchange of experiences and the support between candidates of the initial training, which will include study visits to recognize the judicial system of the receiving country, by attending lectures and by visiting analogous judicial institutions. In the meantime there will be support in the consolidation of capacities of both institutions through the exchange of information, the curricula of trainings, and the internal acts that regulate the sphere of the activity of both institutions.

At the same time there will be done the exchange of practical knowledge on the purpose of: 

• the improvement of professional capacities of the employees of the institutions for: 

1. the creation and the application of training curricula; 
2. the assessment of the efficiency in their practical application; (as well as)
3. the drafting and the improvement of the criteria and efficient methods of: 
4. the evaluation; (and)
5. application of the programs of the initial and continuous training, etc.

• 4.11.2003 – Memorandum of Cooperation with the Ministry of Justice for the training of  judicial administration;
• 2006 – Memorandum of Understanding with the Second University of Naples/The School of Specializations for legal professions and PAMECA Mission;
• 7.04.2010 – Memorandum of Cooperation with the Justice Academy of Macedonia on the reciprocal improvement of the legal profession as well as matters of the functioning of both institutions;
• 28.06.2010 – Memorandum of Cooperation with the Judicial Institute of Kosovo on different aspects of the development of legal professions as well as of the activity of both institutions; 
• 2.11.2010 – Memorandum of Understanding with UNICEF on the application of the training program on the justice for minors for the professionals of justice;
• 9.02.2011 – Cooperation Protocol with the French National School of Magistrates for cooperation in different aspects of the academic functioning between both schools; 
• 10.2.2011 – Cooperation Agreement with the Regional Environmental Center in Albania on the organization of courses of training for the application of the Aarhus Convention and the Environmental Crime with candidates for magistrate in the School of Magistrates; 
• November 2011 – Cooperation Agreement with the French Embassy on the organization of the training sessions; 
• 16.11.2011 – Accord with the Embassy of the United Kingdom of Netherlands on the support of, the making up of the Law Clinic Research in the School of Magistrates;
• 29.11.2011 – Memorandum of Understanding with the Utrecht University in Holland for the formation of the Law Clinic Research in the School of Magistrates.
• 19.11.2011 – Memorandum of Understanding with the State Advocacy for support in the process of the permanent education of  state advocates;
• 2.12.2011 – Cooperation Agreement with the Constitutional Court on the formation of the Law Clinic Research in the School of Magistrates; 
• 05.12.2011 - Cooperation Agreement with the High Court on the formation of the Law Clinic Research in the School of Magistrates;
