Memorandum of Cooperation with the Commissioner for Protection from Discrimination

The School of Magistrates and the Commissioner for Protection from Discrimination (CPD) have agreed and signed, today on November 17, 2022, the Memorandum of Cooperation on the reciprocal coordination of the institutional activity.

The purposes of the Memorandum of Cooperation are as follows:

1. Exchange of experiences; (and)  
2. Promotion of organization; (and)  
3. Development of professional formation activities for staff servants of the Commissioner for Protection from Discrimination (CPD). 

The format of cooperation will be:

1. Activities for the improvement and guarantee of professional capacities on legislation for protection from discrimination combined with the best international practices in the framework of guaranteeing human rights and freedoms, especially in the field of the right to non-discrimination, as well as the promotion of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals.
