ENThe School of Magistrates is concluding the review of the Program of Initial Formation intending the training of candidates for the consolidation of necessary skills for the immediate exercise of the duty after their nomination. The review of basic subjects is conceived according to the progress of the judicial process. The new methodology foresees an active approach of the candidate along the year, analysis and individual discussion even in group, as well as composition of procedural acts according to phases of the development of the judicial process. Draft curriculum “Criminal trial”, which may be accessed as follows, is a document that we consider to make present so that to receive comments or suggestions by every interested person, student or practitioner of law.
