Library

The School of Magistrates Library was established at the same time as the opening of the School in 1997. It aims to serve to candidates for magistrate, to the academic and administrative staff of the School, in the assistance for the development of the education process and of other activities organized by the School. The Library fund is constantly enriched with contemporary literature. 

The Library provides very good study conditions and a wide fund of works not only in Albanian, but also in foreign languages. 

The School Library is utilized by: 

  • Academic staff;
  • Administrative staff;
  • Candidates for magistrate;
  • Members of the Steering Council; 
  • Judges on duty; 
  • Prosecutors on duty; 
  • External lecturers; (as well as) 
  • Experts. 


The School of Magistrates Library is already part of the COBISS.net system, a bibliographic registration system and a system of online joint cataloging for all of South Eastern Europe.

 

In the library may be found the complete collection of periodical editions, such as: 

 

  • “Jeta Juridike” scientific journal; 
  • “Magjistrati” journal; (and) 
  • Titles of books published by the School of Magistrates.
