ENAn update of 22/09/2023: On the registration in the online platform of Professional Forums
Because of the problems encountered regarding the registration in the online platform of Professional Forums, we clarify that all beneficiary subjects of the programs of the School have immediate access to be participants in these Forums, it is enough for them to follow and perform all the actions described in the User Manual for professional forums, and this access will be provided to them by the School.
While interested persons, who are not beneficiary subjects of the programs of the School, to have access in these Forums in addition to following and attending the actions described in the User Manual for professional forums, should submit an application, under the attached format. The application should be signed holographically, should be scanned and sent to the electronic address: forum@magjistratura.edu.al.
The School is pleased to notify the start of a new activity of an academic – professional nature titled:
- PROFESSIONAL FORUMS
Participants in professional forums will be as follows:
- Magistrates;
- Legal advisors/assistants;
- State advocates;
- Chancellors;
- Other entities profitable from School programs ; (or)
- Other interested persons of domestic justice system.
These forums will serve as spaces of discussion on different issues of law you are interested in.
The purpose of these forums is as follows:
- To be obtained a deepening and evolution of knowledge and critical opinion, through the exchange of opinions and practices of magistrates or of other subjects of the system of justice, that will bring long-term and desirable consequences on the quality of justice in the country.
The forum, as a friendly space in use, provides some specific features such as:
- A simple and professional language to share opinions;
- Access at any moment of the day without being too demanding for the user.
These are viewed as strong points in the effectiveness of this pedagogical – practical instrument.
THE SCHOOL OF MAGISTRATES INVITES YOU TO BECOME PART OF THIS FORUM.
