The School of Magistrates, on 3 April, 2025, had the training activity on topic: “Special contracts in consumer’s right. The sale and the providing of the service out of trade centers. The sale and the providing of service in distance. The contract of the providing of phone service.”

The purpose of this training is:
The increase of the level of information regarding consumer’s right, specifically in relation to specific contracts, contracts signed our of trade centers, contracts in distance, as well as the contract of the providing of phone service, to be identified doctrinal discussions in relation to the above contracts, as well as to be discussed problems of practice in contracts with consumers.
The training was realized by combining presentations (up to 20 - 30 min) with the discussion of issues brought for discussion (self-study questions, questions, answers) and case law exercises & quizzes to encourage and realize the active interaction of participants.
In this training activity were elaborated different topics, such as:
- Legal framework in the protection of consumers;
- Specific contracts in the consumer’s right;
- The sale and the providing of service out of trade centers;
- The sale and the providing of service in distance;
- The contract of the providing of phone service;
- Positive models in the elaboration of the appeals of consumers, in administrative level;
- Procedure of administrative and judicial appeal.
In this training activity participated judges of the Republic of Albania.
