The School of Magistrates, on 3 December, 2024, has at the School of Magistrates, the training activity on topic:

“The consideration of evidences as domain of first instance courts and its evaluation by the High Court as part of the reasoning of the judicial sentence. ”

The purpose of this training is:

The training of participants with standards that are applied for the consideration of evidences, from the courts of the first instances and those of law, common and different points in the consideration of evidences in the criminal process.

The training will be realized by combining presentations (up to 20 - 30 min) with the discussion of issues brought for discussion (self-study questions, questions, answers) and case law exercises & quizzes to encourage and realize the active interaction of participants.

In this training activity will be elaborated different topics, such as:

The consideration of evidences as part of the reasoning of the judicial sentences – standards imposed from the jurisprudence of the High Court and of the Constitutional Court;
The report of the ‘consideration of evidences” with ‘the reasoning of the decision” in the decision-making of the first instance courts (of the first instance/appeal) and of the High Court in criminal issues.
Standards of admission/administration of evidences from the ECtHR. The consideration of evidences according to the civil procedure, doctrine, Italian jurisprudence.

In this training activity participate judges, prosecutors, state advocates of the Republic of Albania.
