Training Activity on topic: The report of crime and communication of public with justice and closed institutions

In the context of the Program of Continuous Formation, the School of Magistrates organizes on 14 June, 2023 the activity on topic:  

“The report of crime and communication of public with justice and closed institutions. The importance of the truth presented by open resources. Investigative secrecy and the liability deriving from it.”

The panel in this training activity is composed of:

In this activity were elaborated various topics such as:

• Communication of public with justice and closed institutions;
• The right to private life and the limitation of rights and liberties, under Constitution and ECHR;
• Public judicial process and public notification of judicial judgments; 
• Access of media in criminal judicial hearing; 
• Judicial judgment notified publicly and access of it to copies; 
• Balance between the right to information and other principles that are on the base of the criminal judicial process;
• Guarantees of the legal framework; 
• Investigative secrecy  vs. The right of media to information; 
• Media judges.
