Training Activity on topic: The role of the Council of the Court in the improvement of performance

In the context of the Program of Continuous Formation, the School of Magistrates organizes on 11 – 12 May, 2023 the activity on topic: 

“The role of the Council of the Court in the improvement of performance.”

In this activity were elaborated various topics such as:

• Why should we measure the indicators of performance?
• Presentation of the experience of the functioning of the Council of the Court of the First Instance Court of  Lezhë;
• Alternative experiences of the functioning of the Council of the Court;
• What are the acts of the Council of the Court that influence directly or indirectly on the indicators of performance? 
• The role of the Unit of Legal Service in the increasing of the indicators of performance;
• Standardization of judgments and their role in the improvement of the indicators of performance; the experience of the Colleges of the High Court;
• The role of supporting staff in the increasing of the indicators of performance; the experience of the High Court.
