NOTIFICATION
After the meeting of the Pedagogical Council on 19.08.2021, with the agenda, "Verification of legal conditions and support for candidates for members of the HJC and HJC", by the School of Magistrates.
The Pedagogical Council found that 1 (one) candidacy was submitted, respectively Mrs. Mirela Bogdani for a member of the High Council of the Prosecution, while no candidate has been nominated for a member of the High Judicial Council.
After verifying the documentation, the Council assessed that Ms. Mirela Bogdani meets the legal requirements in accordance with article 134 and 137 of law 115/2016 "On the governing bodies of the justice system", and based on these findings, the Pedagogical Council decided today on 19.08.2021 to approve the candidacy of Mrs. . Bogdani for a member of KLP.
With reference to article 140 of the law, 115/2016, within the legal deadlines, the Meeting of the Pedagogical Council will be held at the School of Magistrates with the following agenda:
1. Voting for the selection of the candidate for member of the High Council of the Prosecution.
