ENThe Disciplinary Commission is headed by the Director of the School of Magistrates and has in composition as follows:
- A judge and a prosecutor appointed by the Steering Council of the School of Magistrates, not being members of the Pedagogical Council;
- Two home lecturers of the School of Magistrates, appointed by the Pedagogical Council;
- Two out of candidates for magistrate, elected each year through secret voting by the Assembly of candidates for magistrate.
