The School of Magistrates, on 10 April, 2025, organized the training activity on topic: “Divergences in the consumer’s right that touch the individual interest of the consumer. Divergences in the right of the consumer that touch the collective interest of the consumer. Administration and judicial practices for the resolution of divergences of the consumer’s right in Albania.”

The purpose of this training is:
To be increased the information regarding the right, especially the right of the consumer, when touch the individual interest of the consumer. Divergences of the consumer’s right that touch the collective interest of the consumer. Practical discussions on the resolution of disputes.
The training was realized by combining presentations (up to 20 - 30 min) with the discussion of issues brought for discussion (self-study questions, questions, answers) and case law exercises & quizzes to encourage and realize the active interaction of participants.
In this training activity were elaborated different topics, such as:
- Problems presented from judicial practice in relation to public organs, charged with sector laws in the field of the protection of the consumer;
- Standards imposed from judicial practice in the High Court on the protection of consumer’s right in the EU level;
- Presentation of case laws in the protection of consumer’s right, in the EU level;
- Presentation of the legal framework on consumer’s protection. Discussion of positive models of the elaboration of the appeals of consumers, in administrative level from practice on decisions of the Consumers’ Commission (CMC).
In this training activity participated judges and state advocates of the Republic of Albania.
