11.03.2025 - Training activity: “Training of trainers”

In the context of cooperation with the Twinning Project, component I – Review of the Education Program of the Initial Formation – to school is done the training activity of trainers and lecturers regarding the methodology of the review of the education program. The activity is done in cooperation with the experts of the Training and Study Centre for the Judiciary of Netherlands, Mrs. Anne Tahapary, Mrs. Floor Boekhorst  and Mrs. Inge Van Calker.  

In the activity will be done the review of individual modules regarding the work based on competences and their sharing in the practical lecturing of the program. Also, during the activity will be formulated the most important objectives for the relevant modules and how much time is needed for the individual components of the program. 

In the following days of the training, will be chosen lecturing methods that give to the trainer knowledge on the level of competence of candidates, as more proper for the training oriented to practice. At the end will be arrived to an agreed structure of the relevant education course.
