The School of Magistrates, on 25 February, 2025, organized the training activity on topic: “The role of the efficient assistance of the judicial administration in the increase of the efficiency of the judicial time.”

The purpose of this training was:
To increase the efficiency of the judicial time as a whole, through the identification and implementation of different mechanisms that improve the judicial and administration activities. Participants are going to develop capacities for the optimization of work, reduction of procedural delays and the increase of coordination between judicial actors, on the purpose of the improvement of access to the court and the increase of trust to judicial system.
The training will be realized by combining presentations (up to 20 - 30 min) with the discussion of issues brought for discussion (self-study questions, questions, answers) and case law exercises & quizzes to encourage and realize the active interaction of participants.
In this training activity will be elaborated different topics, such as:
- Efficient management of the judicial time; planning of judicial hearings; coordination between parties in the process; the determination of judicial hearing with similar cases; assistance of judicial administration;
- The role of the HJC in the identification and promotion of instruments that increase efficiency; measures taken and those that are intended by the HJC for the increase of efficiency;
- Mechanisms that increase efficiency to the courts; The use of artificial intelligence, benefits and risks; Subsections, specialization of judges; necessity for the standardization of judicial decisions as an instrument for the increase of efficiency to courts versus the independence of the judge.
In this training activity participate judges, chancellors and legal assistants of the Republic of Albania.
