In the context of her work visit in Albania, the Director of the School of Magistrates, Mr. Arben Rakipi, received in a meeting, Prof. Dr. Ines Haertel, member of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany. In the meeting were present even Mr. Vangjel Kosta, responsible lecturer for the Program of Continuous Formation and Mr. Jan Maibom, first secretary of the Embassy of Germany in Albania.
During the meeting. Mrs. Haertel was presented with the functioning and the role of the School of Magistrates in the system of justice as well as with the work done regarding the recruitment and preparation of new magistrates in years. At the same time, Mrs. Haertel was presented even with programs of initial and continuous professional formation and their process of review and improvement.
