The School of Magistrates, on 29 - 30 May, 2025, had the training activity on topic: “Accountability and Financial Report for magistrates.”

The purpose of this training is:
To consolidate capacities of participants with practical knowledge on accountability and financial tables, intending the improvement of the capacity to interpret financial evidences and to interact efficiently with the expert in legal cases.
The training was realized by combining presentations (up to 20 - 30 min) with the discussion of issues brought for discussion (self-study questions, questions, answers) and case law exercises & quizzes to encourage and realize the active interaction of participants.
In this training activity were elaborated different topics, such as:
- The meaning of financial tables. Basic principles of the accountability and accountant recordings;
- The identification of problems related to financial report;
- The role of the expert and contribution in the solution of case laws;
- Fiscal framework and influence on the accountability and financial report;
- Tax documents as evidence in legal cases;
- Features and importance of transactions with capital and property;
- The view of financial sector: transactions with banks, loans, guarantees and risks;
- The elaboration of cases in focus through relevant judicial cases.
In this training activity participated judges and prosecutors, of the Republic of Albania.
