Activity, “Prosecution hierarchy and procedural relationship between the assistant prosecutor and the head of prosecution.”

In the context of the Program of Continuous Formation, the School of Magistrates organizes on 5 December 2022 the activity on topic: 

“Prosecution hierarchy and procedural relationship between the assistant prosecutor and the head of prosecution.”

In this activity were elaborated various topics such as:

• Domestic legal framework regarding prosecution hierarchy and its enforcement in practice;
• Comparative view of international legislations regarding  prosecution hierarchy;
• Independence of the prosecutor.

Participants in this activity are as follows: 

• Prosecutors of First Instance Prosecution Offices;  (as well as)   
• Prosecutors of the Prosecution of Appeal.
