Joint Activity: The School of Magistrates and the Security Academy

In the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement signed with the Security Academy, the School of Magistrates and the Academy organized and conducted a joint lecture on topic: 

“Judicial Police in Proactive Investigations.” 

The activity was organized at the School of Magistrates, in Tirana. Persons invited by the School of Magistrates who participated in the activity are as follows: 

• Mr. Adriatik Ago, Head and Lecturer in the Security Academy; 
• Mr. Albert Dervishaj, first head,  Dean of the Security and Investigation Faculty; (and) 
• Mrs. Andja Lavanaku, Lecturer in the Security Academy. 

The activity was welcomed by: 

• Mr. Arben Rakipi, Director of the School of Magistrates.  

Participants in the activity were:

• All candidates for magistrate of the first year of studies to school.

The activity was focused on:  

• Details of the proactive activity of the judicial police during investigations, elaborating relevant actions in the enforcement of the duties of correspondent legislation. 

The lecture was accompanied by discussions on issues and problems of the topic.

The one day training activity marks the beginning of the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement.
