In the context of the Program of Continuous Formation, the School of Magistrates organizes on 30 May, 2023 the activity on topic:   

“Judicial ethics. Compulsory ethical principles for a judge under the Code of Ethics approved by the HJC.”

In this activity were elaborated various topics such as:

• Judicial Ethics; 
• Compulsory ethical principles for a judge under the Code of Ethics approved by the HJC;
• Achievements and innovations in form and content;
• Professional capacities and judicial ethics versus unconscious prejudices; 
• Possible prejudices considering the view of parties in process; social experiment of interest; 
• Self-prejudice, discrimination: doll experiment.
