This final reflection intends to provide for participants practical tools to consolidate the objectiveness in their professional practice.

The training will be interactive being alternated with theoretical data, practical exercises, study cases, role play and discussions in group, as well as will be used different  support tools ( such as videos, questionnaires, etc.,) to promote learning from experience.
