The School of Magistrates, on 16 December, 2025, had the training activity on topic: “The role of the Chancellor of the Court in the increasing of performance indicators of the judicial administration and expanding access to the court.”

The purpose of this training was: the consolidation of professional capacities of chancellors of courts, in the function of the improvement of the performance of the judicial administration, and the increase of the transparency of the access of the public to judicial services. In the focus of the training were the main mechanisms that contribute to the measure and improvement of the indicators of performance, their monitoring in reasonable terms deadlines, as well as the importance of the continuous evaluation of the enlargement of access to the court.
The training was realized by combining presentations (up to 20 - 30 min) with the discussion of issues brought for discussion (self-study questions, questions, answers) and case law exercises & quizzes to encourage and realize the active interaction of participants.
In this training activity were elaborated different topics, such as:
- The role of the Chancellor in the enlargement of the access of the citizens to the court;
- The importance of the construction of a correct and transparent relation with media as an instrument for the increase of the access and public confidence;
- The contribution of the Chancellor in the increasing of the performance of the judicial administration;
- The importance and mechanisms of the increase of the indicators of performance.
In this training activity participated chancellors from different courts of the Republic of Albania, who contributed actively in discussions, sharing the best practices and the challenges encountered in the exercise of their functions.
