Training activity: “The role of the councils of the court in the increase of the indicators of performance to the court”

The School of Magistrates, on 7 November, 2024, had the training activity on topic: 

“The role of the Councils of the court in the increase of the indicators of performance to the court.” 

This activity was led by:

The purpose of this training is: 

To encourage the discussion regarding models of the existing leadership at represented courts; to provide opportunities to extend the efficiency of leading structures; and to assist in the preparation of the heads of the courts to deal with changes within the leading structures, changing nature of the courts, and the new requirements for leadership. 

The training was realized by combining presentations (up to 20 - 30 min) with the discussion of issues brought for discussion (self-study questions, questions, answers) and case law exercises & quizzes to encourage and realize the active interaction of participants. 

In this training activity were elaborated different topics, such as:

• Purposes of the Court and the efficient report between members of the Council of the Court: new models of leadership in the changing process. 
• Standards of court performance: What can be measured can be managed: Successful transition: problems and solutions. 
• Innovations of legislation and method of the administration of the court.
• The role of the Councils of the court in the increase of the indicators of court performance. 

In this training activity participated heads, vice-heads of the court and chancellors of the Republic of  Albania.
