Training Activity on topic, “The meaning of new criminal offenses that violate food security. Treatment of case laws related to features in the investigation of criminal offenses in this ground.”

In the context of the Program of Initial Formation, the School of Magistrates organized on 13 March, 2024 the training activity on topic: 

“The meaning of new criminal offenses that violate food security. Treatment of case laws related to features in the investigation of criminal offenses in this ground.”

Trainer/expert/facilitator: Anita Jella, Sonila Domi, Odeta Todorushi 

The main purpose of this training activity is as follows: 

• To be discussed food security in our country, as one of the main problems, that is related to the necessity and the obligation of the Albanian state to be approximated with the legislation of the European Union; 
• In this activity were elaborated also different judicial sentences on food security.
