The School of Magistrates organized on 27 March, 2024, the training activity on topic:

The nature of decisions of the High Judicial Council and of the High Prosecutorial Council. Subjects that are legitimated to oppose them to the court; the term to submit lawsuit to the court and conditions that should exist for the submission of the lawsuit to the court.  The almost judicial nature of these administrative acts; common and different points with administrative acts of not almost judicial nature. Consequences of the invalidity of these acts.
