Training Activity on topic, “The report between the freedom of expression and the right to private and family life"

In the context of the Program of Continuous Formation, the School of Magistrates organized on 25 March, 2024, the training activity on topic: 

“The report between the freedom of expression and the right to private and family life. The right to be forgotten in the jurisprudence of ECtHR, of ECJ and of the Albanian jurisprudence.”

The main purpose of this training activity is as follows: 

• To be discussed the report between the freedom of expression and the right to private and family life.

In this activity were elaborated various topics such as:

• Freedom of expression – meaning;
• Interference with freedom of expression;
• The right to respect private and family life;
• The rights and responsibilities of news websites on the internet, (Case Delfi AS vs. Estonia);
• ECJ judicial practice;
• The right to be forgotten or the right to erasure.
