Training Activity on topic: Disciplinary violations and their types under Law no. 96/2016, on the status of judges and prosecutor in the Republic of Albania, (amended)

In the context of the Program of Continuous Formation, the School of Magistratesorganizes on 23 May, 2023 the activity on topic:   

“Disciplinary violations and their types under Law no. 96/2016, on the status of judges and prosecutor in the Republic of Albania, (amended).”

In this activity were elaborated various topics such as:

• Initiation of disciplinary investigation, the criteria  of the establishing of the importance of disciplinary violation, in the focus of the individualization of disciplinary measures in concrete cases;
• Case laws examined by the HJC and the HPC  of disciplinary proceedings;
• Disciplinary proceeding in HJC, types of disciplinary measures and the decision-making of the Council.  Interdependence of disciplinary proceedings initiated by the HJC with the disciplinary proceedings initiated by the organs of transitional revaluation;
