Training Activity on topic: Judicial problems related to the judgment of the case within a reasonable term

In the context of the Program of Continuous Formation, the School of Magistrates organized on 17 November, 2023, the training activity on topic: 

“Judicial problems related to the judgment of the case within a reasonable term. Jurisprudence of the common judgment and of the Constitutional judgment.”

The panel in this training activity is composed of:

• Mrs. Holta Zaçaj, expert;
• Mrs. Fiona Papajorgji, expert; 
• Mrs. Alda Sadiku, Facilitator. 

In this activity were elaborated various topics such as:

• Judicial problems related to the judgment of the case within a reasonable term. Jurisprudence of the common judgment and of the Constitutional judgment; 
• The development of the constitutional jurisdiction;
• Jurisdiction of the Constitutional Court. Justice Reform;
• Criteria of legitimating; 
• The criteria for the assessment of the reasonable term, the conduct of the applicant, complexity of the case, the conduct of authorities, the importance of what risks the applicant; 
• Judicial practice; 
• Discussion.
