In the context of cooperation with the European Judicial Training Network, from 5 to 9 June, 2023, the School of Magistrates, as each year, participated in the international THEMIS competition, in the semi-final B,” European and EU Family Law.” The competition is organized in the city of Naples, Italy.
In this activity, the School was presented by Erolda Tarelli, Eda Gjovari and Boiken Bendo, the three are candidates for magistrate of the second year of studies, under the mentorship of the lecturer Prof. Dr. Mariana Semini.
“To make decisions for a child as parent – alimony and challenges of the court” is the topic with which is presented the School of Magistrates. The guaranteeing of the rights of minors as well as the best interest of the child is a legal responsibility not only of the state but of all the society.
