Following cooperation with the OSCE Presence in Tirana, had a work visit to the School of Magistrates, a delegation composed of magistrates on duty in different Administrative Courts of Austria, as well as representatives of the Association of European Administrative Judges. The visit was done in the context of the consolidation of reciprocal relations and the sharing of the best practices with international partners.
From the representatives of the School, was done a detailed presentation of all institutional practices of work in the activity of the School of Magistrates, specifically regarding:
- The process of recruitment and procedures of the development of the entru competition in the School of Magistrates;
- Presentation of processes of the Program of Initial Formation, including subjects, teaching methods and the pedagogical troop to school;
- Presentation of processes of the Program of Continuous Formation, including the process of the composition of thematic program, the group of experts and specific methods of the continuous training;
- Integration and inclusion of technology of information in the realization of education processes and the training in programs of professional formation to school.
At the same time, was expressed the interest of the School of Magistrates to increase the cooperation with Austrian magistrates in the exchange of the best practices of work with common benefit.
