Launch activity of the new subject of environmental law

In the context of cooperation with the OSCE Presence, in the School of Magistrates was organized the launch activity of the new subject of environmental law. 

In the launch activity gave their welcome: 

• Mr. Arben Rakipi, Director of the School of Magistrates; (and)  
• Mr. Bruce G. Berton, Ambassador of the OSCE Presence in Albania. 

Also, drafting experts of the subject made a presentation of the content and of the topics of the new subject. 
Topics of the subject under elaboration are as follows: 

• Environmental rights and human rights;  
• Access to justice; 
• Environmental crimes;  ,
• The concept of waste and the crime on wastes; (as well as) 
• Techniques of investigation and organized crime.
