Training activity on topic, “Presentation of the methodology of Mock Trial”

In the context of cooperation with the OSCE Presence, in the School of Magistrates was organized a training activity on topic:

“Presentation of the methodology of Mock Trial.”

The activity was organized for:

- Trainers and experts of the judiciary and prosecution engaged in the making of mock trials of the second year of candidates for magistrate.

In the training activity had their speech international and national experts engaged by the OSCE Presence regarding different topics such as:

• Albanian and international legislation ratified by Albania; 
• Issues related to provisions of trafficking in the Albanian criminal legislation;
• Internal trafficking of the child, etc.

Also, was elaborated:

•  Methodology of the mock trial in its phases; (and) 
•  Separation of roles, importance of basic rules; (as well as) 
• The priority of aspects of merit versus procedural correctness.
