Important notification for the admission test

IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION 

All the interested persons that are interested to participate in the admission test of the School of Magistrates, for the academic year 2024-2025, are notified that:

The Steering Council, in the meeting of 29 January, 2024, decided to change the rule of the average criterion of subjects, by removing the rule of the average grade over 8 (eight) of the main subjects.

The changed provision in the Internal Regulation of the School, Article 10, points d and  d/1, anticipates that: ““d) Has the general average grade over 8 (eight). For those graduated as "Jurist" in programs in foreign languages, is foreseen a coefficient of difficulty equivalent to 1.2 which will ponderate their factual average grade.

d/1) The general average grade comes from the sum of the grades of all subjects done in the first and second cycle of studies divided by their total number.”

The Steering Council of the School decided to be changed/added provisions related to the test of the second phase, so that to be foreseen the realization of the admission test, the second phase, in two different days, when in the first day the test will be done only for 5 (five) theses of subjects, while in the second day the test will be done only with case laws. In the day of the second phase of the test, the test with case laws, was decided to be added 1 (one) case law in the Administrative Law.

The admission test in the second phase will have 400 points: 250 points in the first day of the test with 5 (five) theses and 150 points in the second day of the test with 3 (three) case laws.

The model of the thesis of the second phase of the test, first day, is as follows:

The total of the points of each thesis is 50 points.

22 April, 2024, at 8.00-13.00, Palace of Concerts, Tiranë.

SECOND PHASE 

24 and  25 April, 2024, at 8.00-13.00, Salla “Feti Borova”, Tirana Olimpik Park, Tiranë.
