ENThere are notified all applicants for participation in the admission test at the School of Magistrates for the academic year 2023-2024, that the dates of its organization are going to be:
- For the first phase, on 19 April 2023; (and)
- For the second phase, on 22 April 2023, at the Palace of Congresses.
We also inform you that by Decision of the Steering Council of the School of Magistrates is restructured the thesis of the first phase of the admission test (scan tron), as follows:
Rubric 1: Constitutional and Human Rights Law, (10 points);
Rubric 2: Administrative Law (7 points) and Labour Law (3 points) - (10 points);
Rubric 3: Criminal Law (5 points) and Criminal Procedure (5 points);
Rubric 4: Civil Law (5 points) and Civil Procedure (5 points);
Rubric 5: Family Law (5 points) and Trade Law (5 points);
Rubric 6: EU Law (5 points) and Public International Law (5 points);
Rubric 7: History of Law in Albania (10 points);
Rubric 8: Albanian language (10 points);
Rubric 9: Intelligence (10 points);
Rubric 10: Ethics and Civil Conduct (10 points).

It is underlined that in the republished program there are no new added subjects, but are removed some of the subjects, under the restructured rubrics of the first phase scan tron.
