Notice for application in the Matra Rule of Law program

The Helsinki Committee of the Netherlands is already accepting applications for two training programs under the Matra Rule of Law,
Public Financial Management and Decentralization and Civic Participation, both to be held in Leiden and The Hague from 6 - 15 June 2018. The deadline for submitting the application is Sunday 1 April 2018.
The training on Public Financial Management is intended to be organized for civil servants working in the field of PFM - either in the field of taxation or in Public Expenditure Management.
Training on Decentralization and Civic Participation is intended to be developed for senior civil servants and policy makers in National Ministries or local government for the development, implementation and enforcement of decentralization and local government policies in the respective countries.
