ENOn 25 April, 2024, in the spaces of Olympic Park, was organized the first test of the second phase of the admission test, professional test based on 5 (five) theses chosen at random by competitors present in the hall.
The test started regularly, under the provisions of the Internal Regulation of the School.
In the test was not present 1 (one) competitor and 1 (one)/another competitor interrupted the test at the beginning for personal reasons. For this case was preserved a process verbal according to the Regulation of the test.
The test lasted 3 (three) hours and was done under the monitoring of the School of Magistrates and of external monitors from the High Judicial Council, High Prosecutorial Council, Council of Europe, OSCE and INL.
At the end of the test, was done the process of the secrecy of test theses, in the presence of competitors.
There were no complaints from competitors.
The second day of the second phase of the admission test, professional test based on 3 (three) case laws from civil law, criminal law and administrative law, will be done on Monday, date 29 April, 2024, at 11.00, in the spaces of (Olympic Park) Parkut Olimpik, Tiranë.
