Notification on the meeting of the Disciplinary Commission

The School of Magistrates, in the application of law no. 115/2016, on the organs of the management of the system of justice, of law no. 152/2013,  on the civilservant (amended), of the Internal Regulation of the School of Magistrates, as well as of other sub-legal acts, has initiated by the Internal Order of the School Director, no. 87, date 08.05.2024, and administration investigation on possible disciplinary violations committed by the internal administrative staff regarding the consequences derived during the development and the electronic evaluation  (scan tron), of the first phase of the admission test for the academic year  2024-2025. After the submission of the report of investigation realized by one of internal lecturers (Article 256/2, law 115/2016), the Disciplinary Commission created for the examination of these violations will meet on 10.06.2024, at 10.00 in the School of Magistrates.
