ENThe Steering Council of the School of Magistrates of the Republic of Albania, by decision of date 19.12.2024, re-announces 1 (one) vacancy of home lecturer at the School of Magistrates.
The selection criteria for the position of the home lecturer are established by the Article 264, of the Law no. 115/2016, on the organs of the management of the justice system, as well as by Annex 11 of the Internal Regulation of the School of Magistrates approved by the Steering Council.
With the opening of negotiations for the First Group-chapter – Basics in the context of the process of negotiations for membership in EU where is found actually our country, and because of the necessities of the fulfilling of initial and continuous programs of the School that are related to Chapter 24, Justice, Freedom and Security, it is preferred that the candidate should have a profile that is related to Schengen Acquis, the Right to Asylum and Emigration in EU, Protecting of the Financial Interests of EU through Administration Investigation/punishment and Criminal Pursuit, Judicial Cooperation in Criminal and Civil cases in EU, as well as to know in details the methodology used to our School for the continuous training or even to the European Judicial Training Network (EJTN).
School appreciates as priority to choose candidates who have experience as judges or prosecutors. The call is opened even for interested individuals who have had in years close connections with its activity, in the continuous and initial training and know well the relevant subject.
Candidates, judges or prosecutors, should submit their applications at the relevant Councils and should receive their approval under the rules established by law or internal acts of the Councils.
Candidates out of the system of justice should submit their application to the secretary of the School of Magistrates, according to Annex 11 of School Regulation.
The deadline for the submission of documents to the relevant destinations, is 31 January, 2025.
