Pursuant to Article 25, Chapter V, of Law no. 152/2013, "On the civil servant", as amended; Chapter VII of the decision of the Council of Ministers no. 243, dated 18.3.2015, "On admission, parallel movement, probationary period and appointment to the executive category" we announce the completion of the procedure for "Parallel movement", for the competition 1 (one) vacancy for the position of Information Technology Specialist ", like below:

For the competition announced for the position of "Information Technology Specialist", at the School of Magistrates, the candidacy submitted within the deadlines set in the announcement of 30.12.2020, is: Mrs. Miranda Allkja. After the preliminary verification on the fulfillment of the general and special requirements defined in the announcement for competition, it was concluded that the candidate Mrs. Miranda Allkja meets the conditions for parallel movement and in implementation of law no. 152/2013 "On civil servants" , chapter V "Parallel movement and promotion", article 25 and decision of the Council of Ministers no. 243, dated 18.3.2015, "On admission, parallel movement, probationary period and appointment to the executive category", Chapter VII Movement parallel in the executive category ”, this procedure closes with 1 (one) valid candidacy after the preliminary evaluation procedure which is:
