Notification on one vacancy for home lecturer in the School of Magistrates

                                                                                                                                      NOTIFICATION

The Directive Council of the School of Magistrates of the Republic of Albania by Verdict no. 6, date 29.01.2019, notifies one vacancy for the position of the home lecturer. The candidate applicant has to come from the ranks of judges and prosecutors on duty, according to the previsions of the Article 265, Part IV, of the law no. 115/2016, on the organs of the management of the justice system, as well as of the Articles 53 & 54 of the law no. 96/2016, on the status of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania.

The selection criteria of the candidates for magistrate for the position of home lecturer are established in the Article 264, of the law no. 115/2016, on the organs of the management of the justice system, and in the Annex 11 of the Internal Regulation of the School of Magistrates.

The School of Magistrates is directed to the High Judicial Council and to the High Prosecutorial Council, for the start of command procedures that meet the specific criteria.
