NOTIFICATION ON THE END OF THE EVALUATION PHASE OF CANDIDATES

The School of Magistrates, in the application of Chapter V, Article 25, of law no. 152/2013, on the civil servant, (amended), as well as of Chapter VII of the sentence of the Council of Ministers no.243, date 18.3.2015, on the acceptance, parallel motion, period of proof and nomination in the executive category, at the end of the evaluation phase of candidates for the competition on parallel motion notifies as follows:

For 1 (one) vacancy in the position of Scientific Secretary for the Continuous Formation, of candidacies presented, Mrs. Edesa Naqo is in terms of the notification of the date  9.10.2023. 

After the preliminary verification on the accomplishment of general and specific requirements established in the notification for competition, was noticed that the candidate Mrs. Edesa Naqo meets the requirements for parallel motion and in the application of Law no. 152/2013, on the civil servant, Chapter V, parallel motion and promotion, of the Article 25 and of the sentence of the Council of Ministers no. 243, date 18.3.2015, on the admission, parallel motion, period of proof and nomination in the executive category, Chapter VII, parallel motion in the executive category, this procedure is ended with 1 (one) valid candidacy, after the procedure of preliminary evaluation, who is:
