Vacancy announcement, 1 (one) vacancy: Information servant

NOTIFICATION ON VACANCIES 

Based on Article 251, point 3, and Article 275, point 4, of law no.152/2013, on the civil servant, amended;  of  law no. 7961, datë 12.7.1995, Labour Law of thw Republic of Albania, amended, as well as of sublegal acts in force, the School of Magistrates, announces the competition procedure for vacancies: 

1 (one) vacancy:  Information servant

Class –II, Chapter I/1, (VCM no.326, date  31.5.2023, amended

1. General description of the work for the position, as above mentioned is:  Holds the keys of the institution, takes care of the opening and closing of the institution, communicates with the public at the entrance, forwards information and phone calls to the relevant sectors, registers the persons entering and leaving the institution in the relevant register. 

2. Criteria for application

• To have full capacity to act; 
• To be  able to work; 
• Not to be criminally convicted by a final court decision; 
• To enjoy moral and professional integrity and not to have disciplinary measures taken against him or her for violating the rules of ethics. 

3. Documentation required to be submitted

Candidates who apply must submit the following documents: 

1. Application for the position being applied for; 
2. Curriculum Vitae;
3. Photocopy of the identity card (ID); 
4. Photocopy of the high school diploma and of the notarized list of grades;
5. Photocopy of the work booklet, (in case there is);
6. Self-declaration of judicial status (https://www.drejtesia.gov.al/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/formulari-i-vetdeklarimit_gjendja-gjyqesore.pdf);
7. Health Certificate;  
8. Certificate from the institution that there is no disciplinary measure in force;
9.  (in case there is);
10. Letter of reference,  (in case there is).

Any other documentation proving the training, qualifications, additional education, positive evaluations or others mentioned in the curriculum vitae.

4. Method and terms of delivery:  Candidates interested in this vacancy must submit the documentation to the protocol of the School of Magistrates, address: Shkolla e Magjistraturës, Rruga “Ana Komnena”, godina e Polit të Drejtësisë, Tiranë, by 10.10.2025.

5. Method of selection:  Interested candidates, who have submitted the documentation in accordance with point 3 of the announcement, will be notified by phone or email (if they have), about the date and time of the interview.
