In the context of AICS-CSM project, “Support for the School of Magistrates in the context of constitutional reform” that is implemented in cooperation with the Italian High Council of the Judiciary, on 15 May, 2023, was realized the participation of the Italian experts in the training activity on topic:
“Public Procurement.”
The activity was done at the School of Magistrates, in Tirana. In this activity were invited by the School to participate:
- Mr. Giovanni Pasqua, Manager of the Italian project; (and)
- Mr. Francesco Testa, EU prosecutor.
School experts in this activity were focused on:
- Disputes with offers; (and)
- Problems of judicial practice.
The Italian expert elaborated as follows:
- The issue of public procurement funds; (and)
- The protection of the financial interests of the European Union.
This is the second activity in the number of activities where are activated as experts the Italian magistrates in the framework of the project of cooperation with the Italian High Council of the Judiciary.
