Training Activity: Non-verbal communication skills for the Albanian judges

In the context of cooperation with the international expert of nonverbal communication, Mr. Mark Evan Segal, the School of Magistrates on 16 October, 2023, organized in Tirana, the training activity on topic:  
“Non-verbal communication skills for judges.” 
This training, special in its kind, was provided by Mr. Mark Segal, international legal consultant, from Philadelphia, USA, specialized in the increase of professional qualifications of legal professionals, including the organization and the making of hundreds of training sessions for thousands of judges, prosecutors and lawyers in many countries.  
In this activity were elaborated various topics such as:
-  The origin and the general importance of nonverbal communication; 
- The key elements of non-verbal communication;
- The importance of nonverbal communication for judges;  
- The use of nonverbal communication;  
- The reading of nonverbal communication;  
- Synchronization and reflection;
- Leadership.
