The Albanian legal framework on the opposition of the actions of the bailiff; Amendments in years and their purposes. Sui generis position of the bailiff in this procedure;
The form of the procedural act that initiates the process: Appealing request vs. Counter claim;
Analysis of the Unifying Judgment no. 392, date 26.10.2022 – the term of appeal;
The elaboration of territorial and substantive (& exclusive) competence in cases of the opposition of the actions of the bailiff;
Consequences of the annulment of the actions of the bailiff.
