Training Activity on topic: Training of new facilitators of the PCF on interactive methods for the development of the training

In the context of the Program of Continuous Formation, the School of Magistrates organizes on 18 October, 2023, the training activity on topic: 

“Training of new facilitators of the PCF on interactive methods for the development of the training.” 

The panel in this training activity is composed of:

• Mrs. Arta Mandro, expert;
• Mr. Sokol Berberi, expert.

The purpose of this training activity is the presentation of new facilitators with interactive methods for the development of the training.

In this activity were elaborated various topics such as:

• Exercise on  icebreaker;
• Discussions, concrete examples on interactive methods in the adult learning process; 
• The roles of the trainer in the preparation and development of training sessions for magistrates under interactive and active methods; 
• Practical exercise on the drafting of the objectives of training and selection of interactive methods in concrete trainings;
• Advantages and disadvantages in the use of a specific method in the development of trainings, the Albanian context, problems and challenges.
