On the invitation of the Ministry of Finances and the World Bank, the School of Magistrates, participated on 19 November, 2024, in the 1 day conference with topic, “Challenges and achievements of public monitoring in the improvement of the quality of audition and financial reporting” which was also the closing activity of the accounting project applied from the School of Magistrates with the support of the World Bank.
The conference elaborated the main developments regarding the achievements realized in the project, being focused on the influence of monitoring and control of the providing of the quality, intending the providing of making of legal accounting in controlled, transparent and careful space which serves to the public interest. Also a special attention was paid to the applications for the giving of security in the reporting of stability, presented in the new law of legal auditing, as the main component of the project, in the context of further harmonization of the regulatory framework in our country with the Directive on audit of the EU.
The School of Magistrates, represented by Mrs. Ela Qokaj, presented in this closing conference the results of the activities done in the context of the project, representing products, the obtained results as well as measures that will be taken to guarantee the stability of the achieved results.
