The voting process for the selection of candidates as members of HCJ and AHC

Today at 20.02.2017, was gathered the Pedagogical Council of the School of Magistrates called from the Director of the School of Magistrates, in the application of the articles 42 and 140 of the Law 115/2016 “On the organs of the management of the justice system” for the selection through voting from the troop of professors of the School of Magistrates, of the candidates as members of HCJ and AHC.

Voting process was opened and in it took part 14 members of the Pedagogical Council of the right of vote and a representative of the Ministry of Justice, as an observer for the following of this process.

Voting Commission selected on ballot from the ranks of the members of the Pedagogical Council declared the result of the voting as follows:

Mr. Ilir Panda is declared winner, as candidate for being member of the High Council of Justice.

Mrs. Alma Faskaj (Vokopola) is declared winner, as candidate for being member of the Attorney’s High Council.
