The School of Magistrates signed an agreement of cooperation with the High Inspectorate of Justice

The School of Magistrates and the High Inspectorate of Justice have formalized their cooperation, through an agreement that was signed by the director of the School of Magistrates Mr. Arben Rakipi and the High Inspector of Justice Mr. Artur Metani, on 16 May, 2024.

This memorandum of cooperation intends to increase the cooperation between the School of Magistrates and the High Inspector of Justice in areas of common interest, concretely in the program of continuous formation of the School of Magistrates, of proper modules and topics of training in the interest of inspectors and assistant inspectors at the High Inspectorate of Justice, that will become subject of review every year.   

This cooperation in academic level will be accompanied by the organization of joint conferences, of open lectures or of other activities in the function of the increase of the efficiency of the activity and of the professional development of inspectors and of the assistant inspectors, as well as by the reciprocal exchange of information regarding the data analysis, that serve to common activities. 

Parties agree to organize and to make available for the large public, the information and the results of every common activity, through the official website and other instruments of public communication.
